- I evaluate school/work-related difficulties and provide recommendations to help clients adjust more effectively. If necessary, I can also provide letters recommending medical leave or accommodations for ADHD. 

I do not take any form of insurance including Medicare Advantage. 

I do, however, provide a receipt of service or a superbill which may be submitted to most insurance companies for reimbursement. 

Once you are under my service, you will receive individualized, comprehensive care and prompt, personal responses directly from me. 

Please be noted that I charge a $150 fee for no-shows or late cancellations(less than 24 hours' notice) with no exception. Any cancellation of your initial or follow-up visits will be refunded after a 4 % of card transaction fee is deducted.
